Anystring is a guitar, bass, and ukulele tuner for Android, iOS, and the web.
Anystring has no user accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or backend server of its own. The app is designed to process the information it needs locally on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains how Anystring handles information when you use the app.
Anystring needs access to your microphone to detect the pitch of your instrument.
The app asks for microphone permission when you use the tuner. Audio from the microphone is analysed locally on your device in real time solely to estimate pitch.
